Az "A Girl Cried Red" Princess Nokia legújabb, saját szavaival élve "emo" mixtape-je, ami április 13-án látott napvilágot és június 22-től limitált példányszámú, piros vinylen is elérhető lesz. Május 3-án pedig a dinamikus és szókimondó rapper - aka Destiny Frasqueri - megjelentette “For the Night” című dalának videóklipjét, ami pontosan ott veszi fel a történet fonalát, ahol előző single-je, a “Your Eyes Are Bleeding” letette.
